Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and family use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account or make a purchase. Words Grow Worlds is designed for adults and parents. Children may participate only under an adult's direction. You are responsible for the information entered through your account and for keeping access links and sign-in credentials private.

2. Educational purpose

Words Grow Worlds provides educational content, reflective prompts, and communication ideas. It is not medical, mental-health, therapeutic, legal, or emergency advice. Possible meanings, coaching prompts, and AI-supported guidance are invitations to reflect, not diagnoses or statements of fact about a child or family. Use your judgment and consult a qualified professional when appropriate. If anyone may be in immediate danger, contact emergency services.

3. Purchases and digital delivery

Prices and included features are shown before checkout. Taxes may be added where required. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Vital Rain Studios LLC. You authorize the displayed charge when you submit payment.

Digital access, private return links, receipts, sign-in codes, and scheduled product-guidance emails may be part of delivery. You are responsible for providing a working email address and checking filtered folders. Unless a product page says otherwise, access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, resold, or posted publicly.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

When an offer includes recurring support, checkout displays the amount due today, any included or trial period, the future renewal price, and when recurring billing begins. By accepting those terms and purchasing, you authorize Vital Rain Studios LLC to charge the saved payment method at the stated interval until you cancel.

You may cancel before the next renewal through Manage Support or by contacting hello@wordsgrowworlds.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove keepsakes already downloaded. Unless required by law or stated in the Refund Policy, charges already processed are not prorated.

5. Refunds

Eligible purchases are covered by the conditions and request window in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. That policy also explains subscription renewals, duplicate charges, and billing errors.

6. Email communication

Product and transactional messages are sent to fulfill your request or purchase. Promotional email is optional and is presented separately at checkout. You may unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop receipts, account notices, renewal notices, or guidance that is part of a product you purchased.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for an unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purpose
• Access another person's account, Family Home, information, or private return link without permission
• Probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass the service's security or access controls
• Upload malware or content that infringes another person's rights
• Copy, resell, publish, or commercially distribute our materials without written permission
• Use the experience to shame, harass, diagnose, or harm a child or another person

8. Your content and our intellectual property

You retain rights in original family content you submit. You give Vital Rain Studios LLC a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service, follow your instructions, and comply with law.

Words Grow Worlds, its design, method, prompts, scripts, Moment Keys, Family Experiences, generated templates, and original materials are owned by Vital Rain Studios LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use and print your purchased materials for personal family use. No trademark or commercial license is granted.

9. Availability and account action

We may update features, correct errors, pause the service, or discontinue an offering. We may restrict or end access when a user violates these Terms, threatens the service or another person, or creates legal risk. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve paid access or provide an appropriate remedy when a material service interruption is within our control.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here. Vital Rain Studios LLC does not promise a particular parenting, relationship, educational, or family outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Rain Studios LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability relating to a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only as far as the law permits.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Montgomery County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve the concern.
