Refund Policy

1. The 14-day guarantee

You may request a refund of an eligible initial product purchase within 14 calendar days after purchase when you have completed the product's core first steps and the experience still did not provide the practical value described on the sales page.

To request review, email hello@wordsgrowworlds.com from the purchase email and include:

• Your order email and the product name
• A short description of the core steps you completed
• One or two sentences about the outcome you hoped for and why the product did not provide the promised practical value

You do not need to send private family conversations, a child's identifying information, or screenshots of sensitive reflections. We may verify completion through ordinary product activity records when available.

2. What counts as putting it into practice

• Back-to-School Ease: open the experience, complete the starting reflection, work through at least five of the seven School-Day Keys, and try at least one prepared phrase or repair
• Next Right Words: complete the builder, create all five personalized Moment Keys, and try words from at least two of them
• Words Grow Worlds Family Experience: complete the first parent practice and at least one child or family activity, then try one boundary, repair, or connection phrase

If a future product displays different guarantee requirements before purchase, the product-specific requirements shown there will control.

3. Subscriptions and renewals

You may cancel recurring support before the next renewal through Manage Support. Cancellation stops future charges. Monthly renewal charges are not covered by the Put It Into Practice Guarantee and are generally not prorated after processing, except where required by law or when we confirm a billing error.

4. Billing errors and exclusions

Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, or a charge after a timely cancellation. We will investigate verified billing errors regardless of the guarantee's completion requirements.

The guarantee does not cover requests made after 14 days, repeated purchases of the same product, account sharing, misuse, a change of mind without using the product, or outcomes that were never promised. This policy does not limit any nonwaivable rights under applicable law.

5. Review and timing

Vital Rain Studios LLC will review complete requests in good faith. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider controls how long the credit takes to appear. Refunded access may be closed, but files you already downloaded remain subject to the personal-use license in our Terms of Use.
