Shared family growth does not require shared private writing.
Parents can participate in one Family Home while keeping their individual Moment Mirror coaching separate. Children’s discovery spaces never expose private parent coaching.
We collect only what is needed to deliver the experience, remember what a family chooses to save, and protect access.
Built into the experience
Eight protections families should be able to understand.
A parent’s Moment Mirror guidance belongs to that signed-in parent. Family progress and admin reporting do not reveal coaching content.
Children do not create accounts or provide email addresses. Parents can use a first name or nickname and should not enter sensitive identifying information.
The Mirror can use an age range and selected family words without receiving the child’s name. The parent’s original description is not retained in the saved coaching record.
We do not sell personal information for money or send private family content to ad platforms. If advertising measurement is enabled, it is limited to campaign and site activity data with choices where required.
Signed-in parents can request an export or deletion of their family data and unsubscribe from email at any time.
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections. Essential session cookies support sign-in and site operation.
No online service can promise absolute security. We ask families not to enter legal names, school details, health records, or other sensitive information.
What the Moment Mirror keeps
Your saved guidance, not a permanent transcript of what you typed.
The moment you type is used to create the response and is not retained in the saved coaching record.
The response may be saved privately so you can return to the words and export your data later.
You decide whether the Mirror may draw from saved family words, a focus word, or your family phrase.
Program reporting can count participation. It does not display the content of parent coaching.
